• Preparation of monthly debtors/creditors list & bank reconciliation
• Dealing with breaches of house rules & car park regulations
• Attending to all telephone/email enquiries from owners
• Preparation & issuing a set of house rules
• Attending board meetings and AGM’S
• Preparation of service charge budgets
• Collection of service charges
• Responding to requisitions in respect of apartment sales
• Obtaining relevant address and contact details for all owners
• Handling insurance matters including claims
• Bi-weekly inspections carried out by Service Personnel
• Dealing with adjacent property owners & local authorities
• Assisting residents associations
• Advising the board of management in relation to the terms of the lease agreement and management covenants
• Issuing information and advice to new owners, obtaining relevant address and contact details
