Alan Nolan
Managing Director MIPFMA
Alan opened the business in 1994 to provide auctioneering, lettings and property management services to all landlords in the area.   Starting with one staff member trading from a small office premises in Newbridge, Alan soon realised there was an opportunity to develop the services he offered to his existing and new clients and moved into other areas of the property market. 
 
Since 1994 Alan has expanded the company from 1 employee to 12 managing several thousand units in Kildare, Dublin & Laois. He has raised the profile of Falcondale Properties as a leading residential property management company in Counties Kildare & Laois.
 
Alan is a self-motivated & driven individual and he attributes the success of the company to hard work and employing dedicated and motivated staff and will strive to continue the expansion of Falcondale Properties Ltd. He is actively supporting legislation to bring the highest standards and transparency to the property management industry. 
 
Having built up his own impressive property portfolio since the early 1990’s he has gained extensive knowledge of the planning and construction processes and has been pivotal in bringing many commercial developments from a green field site to completion. His experience in this area has been invaluable to many of his clients and developments he manages.
 

 

 
Michael Malone
Financial Controller/Director MIPFMA

Michael joined Falcondale Properties from an established Auditing firm in September 2008. He brings with him 5 years invaluable accountancy experience across various industry sectors within the small and medium business arena. Michael is also a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

 
Michael graduated from Dublin Institute of Technology in 2003 with a Diploma in Business Management. He is heavily involved in local sports organisations at underage level, managing, training and contributing to developing their skills as players and people.

  
 
Brid Nolan
Office Manager
Brid has vast experience in administration and accounts. She was employed by Newbridge Chamber for a number of years in an administrative role organizing events and managing their office. Since leaving this position to join Falcondale Properties, Brid remains involved with the Chamber committee. Falcondale Properties Ltd has a vigorous management fee collection service on behalf of management companies in an effort to maintain services on behalf of owners.

 
 
Tom Nolan
Facilities Manager


Tom manages the Facilities Department which currently employs 3 people. He oversees the cleaning, grass cutting and external maintenance of the blocks we manage. Tom was involved in setting up of Falcondale Properties Ltd. in 1994 and he brought over 50 years experience in the building and maintenance sector to his role.

 

 

 
Louise Mulhall
Property Manager

Louise joined Falcondale Properties in August 2011 as Property Manager. She has vast experience in the Property Industry and is very hands on when dealing with Block Management. Louise is committed and takes pride in her role when dealing with client’s portfolio to ensure smooth running of all developments and all services are kept to a high level of standard. Louise is known and proven to have a good working relationship with directors/committees she has worked on and a proven track record in resolving all issues when dealing with her client’s portfolios.

 
 
Jane-Ann Goff
Property Manager MIPFMA

Jane-Ann commenced employment with Falcondale Properties Ltd in 2007 as Office Administrator. Prior to joining Falcondale Jane-Ann worked as Assistant Office Manager with a debt collection company where she successfully recovered large amounts on overdue accounts.

Since starting her employment with Falcondale Jane-Ann has proven to be a very hard worker and from this is now Property Manager and currently managing a portfolio of over 100 properties. As a native of Newbridge she has vast knowledge of the area and hands on experience with the rental market.

Jane-Ann's hobbies include reading, exercising & movies.

 
Jason Wall
Property Manager MIPFMA


Jason joined Falcondale Properties in March 2008. He has vast experience in the lettings and sales market. In September 2008 he completed his auctioneer and estate agency course through IPAV.

 

Jason joined the Block Management division and in June 2009 took over his own portfolio where he manages multiple block units throughout Counties Kildare, Carlow & Laois.  Jason is heavily involved in expanding the Residential Sales department providing a comprehensive & personal service in these difficult times.

 

Jason’s hobbies include football, music and movies.

 

 

  

Jane Dunne
Senior Property Manager MIPFMA

Jane has extensive experience in the Property Industry and has joined Falcondale as Senior Property Manager responsible for both commercial, residential and mixed unit developments. Jane is particularly familiar with multiple block units throughout Counties Kildare and Dublin. Jane is actively involved in the preparation of company budgets ensuring the finances of each company are closely monitored while maintaining a high level of service.

Jane has a NCI Diploma in Business Studies and Management and is a member of IPFMA (Irish Property & Facility Management Association).
