Falcondale Properties Limited are specialists in the letting and management of residential properties. Investing in property is one of the biggest investments you will make so it is important to use the services of a registered management company, who is experienced in the letting of properties and day-to-day management of rental properties. Our Letting service includes: initial meeting with the landlord to assess the property and discuss requirements; advertising and marketing; viewings and reference check; collection of first months rent and deposit; lease agreement execution; direct debit set up and transfer of utilities.

Rent Collection

As Direct Debit Originators we collect rent from the tenant’s bank account. Our Rent Control Department will actively pursue tenants if rent payments are not received on the due date.

Maintenance

Looking after day-to-day general wear and tear of the property. We source the services of reliable contractors, dealing directly with them we arrange access to the property and upon completion of maintenance work arrange payment.

Property Inspections

A Falcondale Agent carries out the inspection and a full report is sent to the landlord.

Accounts

(Along with rent collection service) we can produce an annual report with a Ledger of all payments completed during the course of the year.
