As Direct Debit Originators we collect rent from the tenant’s bank account. Our Rent Control Department will actively pursue tenants if rent payments are not received on the due date.
Looking after day-to-day general wear and tear of the property. We source the services of reliable contractors, dealing directly with them we arrange access to the property and upon completion of maintenance work arrange payment.
A Falcondale Agent carries out the inspection and a full report is sent to the landlord.
(Along with rent collection service) we can produce an annual report with a Ledger of all payments completed during the course of the year.
